Information on Personal Data Processing pursuant to Articles 13-14 of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) No. 2016/679
Pursuant to Art.13, EU Regulation No. 2016/679, with respect to the information acquired, you are informed of the following for the protection of persons and other subjects in the processing of personal data:
1. Purpose of the processing
The data provided will be used for the following purposes:
a) Manufacturing and marketing of equipment, in particular for skating.
b) Promote our business and products to retailers, end-users and, generally, to people interested in skating, sports and physical activity, in particular through our websites, in which will also be introduced to the public the results of some competitions, and the top level athletes who use the Roll-Line products.
c) Fulfill the administrative and accounting obligations resulting from the current tax laws.
2. Processing methods
The personal data processing methods provide for the storage of data in computers and business storage, and on the web server hosting the websites that refer to the “roll-line.it” domain.
The personal data processing will be carried out on paper and computer by the Data Controller, as well as by the persons in charge, in compliance with all precautionary measures that guarantee their security and confidentiality.
The provided personal data will be kept for the time required for the fulfillment of the accounting and tax requirements, arising from the contractual relationship with the Data Controller, or for the time appropriate for the purpose, in case of data relating to the purposes referred to in point 1.b.
3. Providing the data
To provide the data for the purposes referred to in point 1.b is optional, and any refusal to provide them implies only the impossibility of making known the activity of the involved data subject on the websites, and the deletion of the data from the server.
For the purpose referred to in points 1.a and 1.c, providing the data is required to provide the requested service; any refusal to provide the data implies the impossibility to carry out the requested service.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses specified on the Roll-Line websites, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, required to reply to the requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. The information provided will not be disclosed to subjects unrelated to their processing.
During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire some data whose transmission is implied in the Internet communication protocols. This information are not collected to be associated with identified users, but – by their very nature – could allow the identification of users through the processing and the association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
4. Communication and disclosure of data
The data provided may be disclosed:
a) To all natural and legal persons (law firms, administrative, tax and corporate consulting firms, carriers and shippers, data processing center, etc.) where the communication is required for the purposes referred to in points 1.a and 1.c
b) To banks for the management of payments
c) To coworkers and employees specifically appointed for the related tasks
d) To law enforcement agencies in the cases provided for by the law.
For the same purposes, if necessary, the data may be transferred outside the national territory.
The data provided may be disclosed on our websites, with the authorization of the interested party, only for the purposes referred to in point 1.b.

h) Ask the Data Controller to access your personal data, to correct or delete them, to limit or oppose the processing of your data, in addition to the right to data portability;
i) Withdraw the consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the data processing based on the consent given prior to the revocation;
j) File a complaint to a supervisory authority.
